Discounts/Programming/Subscriptions/Cancellations/Refunds/Billing
Notification
of Refunds/Cancellations of Programming/Services Reservation fees must be
received in written form via email or postal mail within twenty-four hours of payment from
authorizing contact for consideration. Deposit/Reservation fees are
not refundable. Some services offered on this Site are subscription-based services.
Delivery dates cannot be given until the broadcast HUB/promotional/pr is finalized.
While We cannot guarantee a delivery time. If you open a subscription based account
with this Site, you hereby agree to pay all charges to your account, including
applicable taxes, in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the
fee or charge becomes payable. GMS in representation of GRACE Media Network Family
reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fee
or charge for service GRACE Media Network may provide, and to institute new fees,
charges or terms effective without notice to clients. GRACE Media Network/Grace
Media Services reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for any
reason.
