GREGORY 'MIRAC G' WASHINGTON
Producer, artist, songwriter, musician

Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Miraculous (MiracG) a.k.a. Gregory Washington, began singing and playing the guitar at age 5. He added the saxophone and multiple woodwind instruments to his list of musical talents at age 8 and began singing in the church at 13. One year later, Mirac G joined Grammy nominated and stellar award winning, Excelsior. With Excelsior his exposure to the music business grew, performing and recording along the same vines of Prince, Mint Condition, Low Key, Patty Austin, Peabo Bryson, Aaron Neville, and Take 6, just to name a few.

Also at age 14, he was cast in the local Twin Cities version of the Broadway Musical “The Gospel at Colonus.” MiracG began teaching himself to play the drums and piano and other percussion instruments at age 16. After only a few months of study he won the Omega Psi Phi talent hunt for his instrumental performance.

In 1992 he started recording with Excelsior and continues to write, produce, perform, and compose with many artist. In addition to those already named, MiracG has shared the same stage with artist such as Sheena Easton, Roberta Flack, The Rule, MGS, Ann Nesby, Sounds Of Blackness, as well as performances in the Black Nativity, the Super Bowl and the Special Olympics.

Miraculous produced, performed, and composed his first solo album, “Love and Lies" in 2000. Most recent he produced and performed on a gospel record with The Voices of Praise. The title of the album is 'Faithful & True'. This amazing work takes gospel to the edge and is inspirational and inspiring to all listeners.

MiracG has shown that his creativity and talent as a singer, musician, producer, and songwriter will continue to take him across multiple genres of music. His work ethic combined with his talent will prove him as a force to be reckoned with in the near future –
