GMS is visited by journalists/producers/communication agencies & PR organizations who are searching for leads, photos and interesting stories to publish and broadcast. Your content must be timely, relevant and accurate.

Note:
A press release is a text announcement of a newsworthy event or development that is issued to the press -- not a promotional ad.

A promotional release is a text announcement of an event, product, service, organization or development that is issued to the public/media listing product/event cost, registration/ticket price etc.

An advertorial (ăd'ver-tôr'ē-al) or infomercial (soundbite) is editorial content endorsing your product, service or organization.

A promotional ad is a created advertising image.

Submissions to GMN and GMS must comply with following guidelines:

TEXT

Only text will be admissible. An image for submission that has been inserted in a ‘word processing’ document will not be acceptable due to the inconsistencies in file conversions for GMN/GMS usage.

IMAGES

All image files must be submitted in one of the following formats: jpg, png, gif, tiff, or psd.

Images must have the following resolutions: 300-400 dpi

MULTIMEDIA
(programs/webmercials)

Multimedia files submitted must be in the following formats:

avi, mp3, Real Audio (RM & RAM) requires both files.

DVD and CD (Non Mac formatted)

Tv: video files- AVI, MPEG, WMV
Radio: audio files - MP3, WMA
