Broadcast station & web site (this "Site"). This Site is
provided for your use subject to your acceptance of the policies, terms
and conditions of use set forth below (these "Terms of Use").
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE INDICATES
YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE.IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS
OF USE, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS SITE. We reserve the right, in our sole
discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at
any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this Site following

programs, and video programs. "GRACE Media Network (GMNetwork.cc)" means
GMNetwork.cc, 13055 Riverdale Drive, Suite 200, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55448-8403,
a wholly owned subsidiary of GRACE Media Network. "Grace Media Services
(GMS)” means Grace Media Services (GMS), 13055 Riverdale Drive, Suite 200,
Minneapolis, Minnesota 55448-8403. " GRACE Media Network family” means,
collectively and individually, GRACE Media Network, Grace Media Services (GMS)
and their affiliated entities.
Trademark
Trademark means any distinctive design, picture, emblem, logo or wording (or
combination) found on this Site, which identifies a product or service of GMNetwork.cc,
its parent company GRACE Media Network, Grace Media Services (GMS) or any third
party provider or broadcaster. Copyright And Trademark Restrictions. This Site
and all Content are copyright © 1978 by the GRACE Media Network Family
and/or, its broadcasters and third party providers. This Site is controlled
and operated by the GRACE Media Network Family. All Content is protected by
copyrights, which are owned and controlled by GRACE Media Network Family and/or
its affiliates, broadcasters and third party providers. Certain names, products,
service names or designations used on this Site, including, but not limited
to, the GRACE Media Network logo and GRACE Media Network G5 (collectively all
the “Trademarks”), are the service marks or trademarks GRACE Media
Network Family. Other company names, products, service names or designations
referenced on this Site (the “Third Party Marks”) may be the service
marks or trademarks (or registered service marks or trademarks) of their respective
owners.
The Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted,
or distributed in any way. Modification of the Content or use of the Content
for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary
rights. For purposes of these Terms of Use, the use of the Content on any other
Web site or networked computer environment is prohibited.
All rights in this Site, the Content, the Trademarks and the Third Party Marks
are reserved to GRACE Media Network Family and its broadcasters as applicable.

DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THIS
SITE, THE THIRD-PARTY SITES OR THE USE OF THIS SITE AND/OR THE THIRD-PARTY
SITES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS

The GRACE Media Network Family does not warrant that the broadcasts provided
on this Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected,
or that this Site or the servers that make this Site and its broadcasts available
are free of viruses or other harmful components. The GRACE Media Network Family
does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results
of the use of the Content on this Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy,
reliability, or otherwise. You (and not the GRACE Media Network Family) assume
the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction of your computer
systems. All Content is provided solely for inspiration, entertainment and
promotional purposes. The information and opinions expressed in broadcasts,
blogs, chat rooms, press releases, columns or other forums conducted on this
Site are not necessarily those of the GRACE Media Network Family, its broadcasters
or its content providers and GRACE Media Network Family makes no representations
or warranties regarding that information or those opinions. All broadcasters
on this Site have agreed to comply with our broadcasters policy and procedures.
However, the GRACE Media Network Family does not monitor the broadcasts for
compliance with such policies and procedures. Furthermore, neither the GRACE
Media Network Family, its broadcasters nor its content providers are responsible
or liable to any person or entity whatsoever (including, without limitation,
persons who may use or rely on such data/materials or to whom such data/materials
may be furnished) for any loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive
or otherwise), injury, claim, liability or other cause of any kind or character

The GRACE Media Network Family explicitly disclaims any and all responsibility

GRACE Media Network Family does not endorse any of the merchandise, nor has

Programming/Subscription/Cancellation/Refund/Billing
Notification of Refunds/Cancellations of Programming/Services Reservation
fees must be received in written form via email or postal mail within twenty-four
hours of payment from authorizing contact for consideration. Deposit/Reservation
fees are not refundable. Some
services offered on this Site are subscription-based services. Delivery dates
cannot be given until the /broadcast HUB/promotional is finalized. While We
cannot guarantee a delivery time. If you open a subscription based account
with this Site, you hereby agree to pay all charges to your account, including
applicable taxes, in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the
fee or charge becomes payable. The GRACE Media Network Family reserves the
right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fee or charge
for service GRACE Media Network may provide, and to institute new fees, charges
or terms effective upon notice to clients. GRACE Media Network/Grace Media
Services reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason.
Submissions
Any note, message/blog posting, idea, suggestion, concept or other material
submitted will become the property of the GRACE Media Network Family
and GRACE Media Network shall be entitled to use, anywhere in the world,
the material for any type of use forever including in any media whether
now known or hereafter devised. When you submit material to this Site,
you agree that the GRACE Media Network Family has the right to publish
the material for any type of use as outline above including promotional
and advertising purposes.
GRACE Media Network is not responsible for any material posted on this
Sites’ blogs, forums and chat rooms. You shall not submit or otherwise publish through such blogs, forums and chat rooms any content which:
a) libels, defames, invades privacy, or is obscene,
pornographic, abusive, or threatening;
b) infringes any intellectual property or other right
of any entity or person, including, but not limited to violating anyone's
copyrights or trademarks;
c) violates any law;
d) advocates illegal activity;
e) advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation
for goods or services; (collectively "Non-Approved Material").
You agree to indemnify the GRACE Media Network Family and its officers,
directors, employees, agents, distributors and affiliates from and against
any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses,
including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from your breach of any
of the foregoing agreements, representations, and warranties.
E-mail and Postings Received
You agree not to post any threatening, defamatory or libelous e-mails
or materials on this Site that would be considered a violation of any
law. The GRACE Media Network Family will fully cooperate with any law
enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the GRACE
Media Network Family to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such
e-mails or materials and you hereby agree to such disclosure.
Site Monitor
GRACE Media Network shall have the right, but not the obligation to monitor the content of GRACE Media Network, including chat rooms and forums, to determine compliance with this Agreement and any operating rules established by GRACE Media Network and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. GRACE Media Network shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on GRACE Media Network. Without limiting the foregoing, GRACE Media Network shall have the right to remove any material that GRACE Media NetworL finds to be in violation of the provision hereof or otherwise objectionable.
Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, LIBEL, SLANDER, AND DEFAMATION, SHALL THE GRACE MEDIA NETWORK FAMILY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THIS SITE OR THE CONTENT, THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, ANYTHIS SITE OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF THE GRACE MEDIA NETWORK FAMILY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE GRACE MEDIA NETWORK FAMILY’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, LIBEL, SLANDER, DAFAMATION OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THIS SITE OR THE APPLICABLE SERVICES ON THIS SITE.
Jurisdictional Issues
Unless otherwise specified, this Site and the Content are presented solely
for the purpose of inspiration, entertainment and promoting programs,
music and other products available in the United States, its territories,
possessions, and protectorates. This Site is controlled and operated
by the GRACE Media Network Family from its offices within the State of
Minnesota, United States of America. The GRACE Media Network Family makes
no representation that this Site and the Content are appropriate or available
for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Site from
other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for
compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance
with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United State of America, as
it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely
within such State. Any action you, any third party or GRACE Media Network
Family bring to enforce this Agreement or, in connection with, any matters
related to this Site shall be brought only in either the state or Federal
Courts located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States of America, and
you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision
of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall be deemed sever able from this Agreement and
shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement
This is the entire Agreement between the parties relating to the matters
contained herein and shall not be modified except in writing and signed
by the GRACE Media Network Family.
Termination
These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate
these terms at any time by discontinuing use of this Site and destroying
all materials obtained from any and all this Sites and all related documentation
and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms
of this Agreement or otherwise. Your access to this Site and any particular
services provided on this Site may be terminated immediately without
notice from the GRACE Media Network Family if in the GRACE Media Network
Family’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must cease use of this Sites and/or the applicable services provided on this Site and destroy all materials obtained from such sites and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
